A Philippine subsidiary of our Company, Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation (“MRP”) is the parent company of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation (“Melco Leisure”) which, together with SM Investments Corporation, Belle Corporation and Premium Leisure Amusement, Inc. developed City of Dreams Manila. Melco Leisure manages and operates the luxury integrated resort.
